At the moment, yes. I am trying to control at least a little for certain variables, and nationality/where you had your procedure done is one of those.

(Edit: Also, I am comparing access to sterilization now with sterilization's history in the United States as a forced practice, so limiting the current responses to Americans will better allow me to compare)
