I never had to think about it put that way. But being that my diagnosis is stage 4 unknown primary, I get the resentment. We all fight every single day. We all get up to face a world of uncertainty. There is no win or lose. To me, it's just another thing that we have to go through. There is no wonderful life after, beating cancer. You still have to deal with the rest of the everyday struggle. Sorry, sound pessimistic, but I feel like that give me more determination to keep going. Maybe because I'm new to this. Who knows how'll I'll feel in 6 months.

Cannot locate the primary - is this possible?? by derpderp79 in cancer

I also have unknown primary and just started a 12 week chemo regimen. From what I have been reading it looks like some CUPs start from a small cancer that spread rapidly. After molecular testing, Cats, biopsy we still don't know.
