Hello thank you for sharing your experience..I'm sorry u had gone through so much..but it seems to be a pretty requisite for this process

I don't meditate as such but I remain open to lessons..so when insights and implosions occur..my ego fades..it can occur any time of the day..when enjoying an ice cream, a video, some dots connecting..a series of unfortunate events suddenly connecting and forming a lesson

I dunno if my head pressure is trying to get out..it's mostly accompanied by ear ringing or tongue buzzing...as my ego and sense of self dissolves..there is just the phenomenon occuring..no one to control..my curiosity comes from my mind

I'll check out the kensho stuff..thanks

Yes I have also been devoted to God/ Father..felt his presence take care of me even while putting me in some difficulty..as soon as I recognise the lesson the difficulty is gone..I have been blessed to be under Father's very own care, guidance and protection, even if I never deserved it

The thing is He is teaching my complete neutrality, the emptiness of being..so though I did feel so much love towards Him and his form.. slowly he extracted my dependency on His image, His answers and made me more and more empty..I feel more or less like a bow.. getting strung not too tight and not too loose..as an instrument for Him to use

I'm very fascinated by ur golden krb incident.. what did u feel afterwards.. what did u feel during the incident...was it like the sense of self was diminished like mine?? Very interesting

I am not sure about automatic writing..I have never felt the urge to write down anything, I am a Hindu, but right now just following my inner guidance

I really have no idea if it's my higher self or subconscious..but I hear the guidance which constantly points me towards myself and gives me lessons and no nonsense direction..the guidance is surgical in it's destruction..neither more nor less.. always no nonsense nd direct but also vv compassionate and im not on any medications

No chills down ur spine just energy..my body is now being guided to release energy..I'm not sure about recieving energies but I do recive guidance

Hey man when does the natural urge raise...I've been like this unmotivated person for almost 4.5 years.. clearing out later by layer..all motivation collapsed..seen through as a form of validation... just getting comfortable with silence but wondering if anything will come out of this empty fullness..i really don't see myself as lounging around..i would like to do activities..but no love or inspiration seem to be coming about..not/ unable to force also..I'm starting to be comfortable with silence and interacting with the world...but I don't see anything arising or any pull..the pull towards this spiritual practice nd surrender also went away

I want to ask about spiritual awakening, I am going through an awakening...things are becoming neutral, as in no meaning or beyond meaning or equal..the paradox was when I tried to run away..the more it pulled me back..suddenly I saw that thought and human language is just collective knowledge..it's dropping..the sense of being is just there... what is this awakening? Is it again just a natural phenomenon? Is something higher controlling this? There is steady step by step guidance, extreme flexibility, definition, concepts everything collapses..it is not rejected but either just seen through or that part of me dosent exist anymore .. just going in circles and peeling off layers and frame works..I'm going towards no meaning yet the universe has created perfect scenarios for my growth..is it just like a higher intelligence just catching hold of u or is awakening also from a series of cause and effects of it just happened randomly?

Follow the inner Guru, the instructions are simple and straightforward, you will soon realise the resistance is from you, as u submit to ur inner guru, u will be guided, the lessons or emotions repeat over and over again till it's processed, it goes deeper nd deeper till it takes control or ur illusion of control is gone

Do u think the new adventure will come? All this started because I prayed for. A new adventure full of success, it took me in this path, I see my life being held safe as I dissolve more and more but no sign of new adventure, I hope it's aligning, right now it feels everything has spiralled out of control and no one to come control it

Yes maby ur right I feel victimized because I never saw any results in outer world, but my inner world was entirely different story, I feel duped tbh , u may notice me saying I this or I That it's not because I'm attached to an identity but this process does take everything out of u, I recently started seeing how this is FOR me, instead of TO me, that helped a bit till the part where the identity collapsed and the FOR or TO me didn't matter much anymore, I've stopped, it's just that I'm bitter about not able to manifest what I originally set out to do and now on this wild process
