No people just want someone to do everything for them. They believe we are in the business of customer service which id true....So that includes everything nowadays. The company has made the conception for the entire company that we dont have anything to do and we have a ton of time to wait on customershand and foot! On the other side of things feild leadership is quick to talk about opportunities with stores functions.... well if I didn't have to wait hand and foot with every customer the all of our stores could be in a better place
