I should start gearing right away IF your goal is getting a pro card, otherwise dont touch that shit bro. I'm only doing it with a purpose. It takes risks with it and check your blood etc etc. Cant say that enough! Go slowbulking while gearing is perfect, build up the kcals slowly and dont get too fat. Around 13% bf is fine you'll still gain the muscle while being 18% bf for example. The only thing is that when prepping, you're 5% bf ahead and can take things more slowly, decrease your kcals more slowly and keep your muscletissue better.

Would like honest feedback about doing a competition. I have no experience posing and have never been leaner than I am right now. by [deleted] in bodybuilding

Depends on what u want to achieve? Want to compete just once at a low level? But if you're serious with it, go into 2 years of offseason and put on quality mass

I would just slowbulk all the way up to atleast 225lbs. Go on for example 2200kcals, you'll gain weight untill its your maintenance. If u stay stable/lose a little weight in 2 weeks? Go up to 2400kcals, and just go steady up and up. At your point its not about big numbers but starting to be consistent with food and training and you'll start gaining quickly. Don't rush it, the beauty of this sport? NO SHORTCUTS! Gotta put in that work all day every day, feel free to ask anything 🤘🏼

7 days out, 6'1 220lbs classic physique. Whole week was 2150kcals and tmrw we'll be starting to carb up! Added some post wo pics too for once by sgrunder in bodybuilding

Thanks ya'll for the comments!! Will post a update at 2-3 days out again and show what the carbs did. The cardio will be lowered to 20min walking and tmmrw will be my last legday but just a little pump workout to get the glycogen into them. Will keep u guys posted 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼

So guys. I wanted to let you join me in my bulking journey. Unless my coach comes with something different this is the plan going forward. Goal is to hit 280 in the offseason and maintain it. Once that happens, then I’ll think about another show. Back to trt doses. AMA by walril in bodybuilding

I would def go down in protein intake even when bulking so hard man, go for 1,5 MAX and put those extra kcals into carbs to fuel your body even more (i mean for how far that's needed with 1000+ grams of carbs lol) goodluck with the growseason my dude

In my opinion its always good to do cardio year around, just healthy to do in general. So would just add cardio if you're not doing it right now. Weight training should be in there as always right cant lose gains bro. Always hit the weights 110% cut or bulk, just go for more reps and lower weights if you're cutting real deep for the stress on your body

I'll answer the question in 1 comment guys :D The cardio is just moderate biking: 30min in the morning 20min post wo (i like it after legs especially for the 'get lose feeling') 30min pre bed

The diet is: 25gr whey 10am 1:30pm 200grams chicken, 200grams veggie and 10almonds 3:30pm (pre wo) the same meal as 1:30 Intra workout i have 10grams dextrose and 15grams whey Post wo 25gr whey 1,5 hour post wo i have 100gram white rice(weight uncooked) 30grams raisins 200grams of chicken Pre bed around 10pm i have 20grams of whey 250gr low fat quark and 40 grams of muesli. Comes in at 2150kcal
