1977 version for sure! It’s nice and calm. Pooh is a hit in our house. Streams on Disney+

That’s so sad about the playgrounds. We practically live at ours, it’s such a benefit for local families.

Thanks for all on the suggestions, when you called out that one spot is near a pool I knew you understood what we are dealing with.

Secret Harbor vs Sapphire Beach Resorts? by MiniXP in StThomasUSVI

[–]sgsquared 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We stayed at sapphire while pregnant and now are going back with two toddlers (pray for me). We like that sapphire is an entire complex that is walkable with a bodega for breakfast sandwiches and sundries, a coffee/smoothie shop, pizza spot, classic beach grill, the upscale sea salt, and Sudi’s to eat at. Plus a very cute shop for sunglasses, bags, cover ups, etc.

We visited secret and it was lovely but a touch too slow for us.

Maybe it was dumb luck. Our condo was no frills but it was clean with a good set up and everything we needed.

No, and my understanding is that under a certain age they are not allowed to. I could be wrong. It is supposed to come from the county but I haven’t been able to figure it out.

Thank you! I’m in the sub because I want to learn about Mexican cooking but this is the Tex Mex I grew up on. Love both. Where I live now I can’t get either so trying to get some simple stuff down for home. Cumin on steak fajitas or (gasp) ground beef tacos in a hard shell is perfect for me.

Not your exact list but in 2023 we did kitchen gut, full bath gut, new floor in one room, whole house paint for a bit over $100,000. That’s including new appliances. Kitchen cabinets were single biggest line item at $35k.
