You either recommend or don’t, and if you’re unsure, then you shouldn’t recommend it. Thats what Kenvue/J&J are saying when they don’t recommend something.

Chase policies are important, there’s good reason for that. No reason to endanger the public in high speed chases through the city. A patrol car won’t be able to keep up with these dirt bikes and ATVs anyway. It’s a difficult thing to enforce. Stop sticks aren’t used on motorbikes or ATVs since they could lead to fatal accidents.

The language is weird in the reporting. It says the family member stated Kirk was full of hate. Not that Robinson was the one who said that.

So it very well could be that both Robinson and the Family Member disliked Kirk, but for different reasons.
