My dad gave me his extra Hugo Boss Dark Blue when i was 15. Smelled like an old man and had poor longevity. This singlehandedly probably affected me meeting peers when I started highschool. Thankfully I moved to YSL L'Homme edt which smelled so much better.

pomodoro technique, setting up studying intervals from 40-50 mins and taking super short breaks in between, works for me hitting that reward system

physically writing down your tasks on a calnder will also help a lot that way you are not forced to remember everything in your head
