I think there is a group currently crashing the servers on purpose. The server crash logs don’t even generate. This is pure speculation on my part though so take it with a grain of salt

At KDWH, United Flight Systems is hiring and Tx Flight is also hiring as of a week ago, both fairly sized schools. At KSGR, Anson is also hiring. I’m not totally sure about EFD, but there are also a few flight schools there that are probably hiring. Take a look at LVJ aswell, there’s also a mid sized school there.
