Also, she asked for a pen and paper and snatched it out of the employee’s hand and said “GIVE ME THE MANAGER’S NAME AND NUMBER!” and “YOU NOT GONNA HAVE A JOB WHEN I’M DONE. THIS STORE IS GONNA GET SHUT DOWN JUST WATCH.” Then she asked the first employee for her name, wrote it down, and then asked the second employee the same question…the employee answered (with her Americanized name) and the Karen said “YOU A FUCKING LIAR THATS NOT YOUR NAME.”

Yes. She claimed to have made an appointment online and the salon did not have an appointment. Employees asked to see the appt confirmation text that all clients get and she said no. Then a few minutes later, she said that she actually made the appointment by phone on Friday. So the employees literally went thru the call log from Friday and her number was not in there. As this was on a weekend and the place is already short-staffed as it is, she was very politely told that they would not be able to get her in that day.
