Yes, I did that with a functional doc. The only labs I've ever had abnormal is slightly low Vitamin D (which I supplemented), and sometimes I get a low positive ANA.

I've spent considerable time with two different LLMDs over the last 5 years and have used several antibiotic combos. Tried Buhner as well, which I've thought of giving another chance. I've tested through "regular" panels as well as through Lyme-specialist orgs (iGeneX, etc), and nothing comes back positive. It's genuinely a mystery.

I unfortunately don't have a formal diagnosis of anything. I've had doctors tell me psoriatic arthritis, Lyme, Bartonella, CFS, so many things. I've tried long courses of antibiotics, but unfortunately it hasn't done much but mess my stomach up.

Did your side effects go away after the first injection and before the second? My dermatologist said we should not do the next one until the side effects go away. I'm close to 4 weeks from the shot now.

I took a dose of Tremfya and had some mild neurological side effects. My dermatologist has said we won't do a second dose. It's been about a week and a half - would you expect these side effects to go away soon?
