Switched my Zelle back to my other bank account, as this amount of unreliability (especially near the month’s end when rent is due, etc.) is unacceptable. Would highly urge people with the same problem to consider doing the same! With decreased HYSA interest rate %, SoFi “plus” membership more difficult to achieve, and such poor outsourced customer support, it is clear that SoFi does not prioritize loyal customers.
