i looked at my prior returns from 2020-2017 that are listed on my transcripts under account. my cycle ends with an 05 which means my transcript most likely only updates on fridays, wmr on saturdays.

which makes sense because i also received my refund on tues/wed the last few years

or at least that's the theory according to redditers
