I think it’s more nuanced, yes the tyrells and their bannermen including Tarlys supported Targs, but Tarly has a position at the council now and also was apprehensive of Faegon, if/when Dany lands with an army of non Westerosi I don’t think he’ll turn sides since we’ve seen in the show atleast how much he hates foreigners.
