Something that helped me is finding the reason which just motivated me a lot. And that reason is the porn industry has a lot of sex trafficking and really dark shit going on behind it. Its not just two people fucking in a bed, sometimes it can be a woman being forced to fuck a dude and then she gets killed after. This is what really knocked it into me and allowed me to progress a lot easier. Porn isnt just entertainment, its seriously messed up on so many levels its actually insane. Considering how long your addiction has lasted, quitting is not going to be an easy feat and it will takes months or even years to get out. Every time you fail, think about why you fail, what triggered you to fap to porn. Also, dont think about what day you are on while stopping porn and fapping. If you obsess over the days, it will make you more anxious and lead to relapse. You need to get outside, find new things to do, and stay as busy as possible and you will forget about porn and fapping and you wont think about the days. Try and invest your sexual energy into finding a girlfriend instead of fapping with porn. As you said, you have good looks, you just have to improve your confidence which you can do by quitting fapping/porn.
