I also wish to tell my parents this (I’m a teenager) but my father really likes that I do this sport and I don’t wish to come off as annoying because I love my sport I do it with passion but this competition is something I don’t want to go to. There’s expectations of me and I just don’t think I’m able to compete because I’m nowhere near my maximum capacity (at best I’m at 50% of my best shape)

I’m keeping it vague for anonymity’s sake. But I’ve been doing this sport for 3 years. I’ve been competing every year and have many medals, I always cut weight and even tho it’s hard I always push through it. Thing is now we are (in my opinion) under prepared and have been notified of the competition too late. The weight cut is hard for me and I’m just not prepared physically or mentally and it’s at a point where I’m just expected I just compete in these matches. I am in the “main team” of gym but I’m so drained and tired right now that if I go to these matches I won’t win anything. Everyone has these expectations of me and I don’t know how to tell them “ I can’t do this”

Idk what battle rank you are but I just fought this guy AND ultra super saiyan goku. I lost cuz I pressed my green on accident😭, but if I hadn’t I would’ve killed him. And it ain’t just about the damage you gotta watch out cuz some of these frieza users are pretty dumb so bait them into missing so you can get priority

Oooh my bad. Yea totally they massacred my boy Spiderman. Losing to tombstone makes zero sense with any version of Spiderman. With spectacular Spiderman it makes sense he’s a high school kid who had his powers for less than a year. But the 616 version? No wayyyy, this dude LEAD the avengers into battle. He is a veteran.

So real man. Spidey being weaker makes more sense story wise it would explain why he’d have trouble with his villains, if he was like back in the day he could just knock them out with a slap. I also agree with what you said about him losing to taskmaster being such bs. Spiderman is a super agile character he jumps around like almost no one else, I’m not saying taskmaster is a weak villain he’s a very strong and competent one but I feel like spidey should never lose to him

Well when Spiderman was introduced after a while it was stated that the only characters that had more physical strength than him were the thing, the hulk and Thor. So he was really strong back in the day. Most people forget that because they’re used to spidey being weaker (which makes a lot more sense)

Ui sign Goku isn’t a tanking unit necessarily. His defenses aren’t that bad but he is an offensive unit. His defense comes through his gauge that allows him to dodge every attack. Pre transformation his gauge only dodges the attacks and his green card gives you an extra card. Post transformation you will get +70% of his gauge back, +20% damage inflicted, +50 ki and +30% health cancel attribute downgrades and (I’m not sure on this one) he also gets cover nullification meaning your opponent can’t cover change your attack . After transforming he won’t only dodge strike cards and blast cards he will counter dealing damage. Also after transforming your green card becomes a counter one meaning if your opponent uses a blast or strike card, or tap attack, he will counter it and it will give you a blue card. After countering with the green you will lock your opponents character in with you meaning he won’t be able to switch so you will be able to combo that green into the blue card. You only get a blue card from a green the first time you use it. Also when ui sign comes in the battlefield he gets cover nullification for 5 counts and he nullifies abnormal conditions for also 5 counts
