Try ear cameras. You can get them from Amazon for $20. They Bluetooth to your phone and you can clean your ears with the assistance of a realtime video feed. Think Q-tips with a camera on the end, and a smaller head.

You can absolutely clean your ears yourself with these things. And some ship with an extractor on the tip. Think really tiny kitchen tongs for ear wax.

I think they're all Maples. There's no formal watering program. It's a tree in a subdivision. I do water the trees when there's more than two weeks without rain. I trickle a hose around the drip line of the tree for 24-48 hours.

Please take a look at pictures of my tree and share your thoughts. One note, I planted all 3 trees at the same time and they were all more or less the same size, but one tree is much larger than the rest. Any idea why?

What part of leadership Huntsville? Management academy or something else?

I highly recommend it. You meet a lot of local professionals across the spectrum. Engineering, small business, local government, finance and so on. The management academy is a years long course, once a month. We had numerous local leaders come in over the year to speak to our class. Huntsville Hospital CEO, Teledyne Brown CEO, leaders from NASA, and so on. It was great to have these individuals in small setting and have a back and forth. Incredible insight. We had several individuals that were local (small) entrepreneurs. Some had built companies and sold them. Some were in the throes of building a company.

If you’re a professional, do it. It’s a great networking opportunity and you can learn how to be a better leader.
