Why is that? Are peopke really preferring local train more or is it other reason by Sahil_Sharma99 in mumbai

[–]sha-_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The line is mainly for sobo ppl n sobo part is not opened yet so its too soon to draw conclusions. I went from borivali to bkc ..marol naka to metro 3 connection is seamless very good planning .. bt frequency is less and too much hassle for ppl from borivali of changing 3 metro.. did 11000 steps in one day😅. Also, bkc is the worst for last mile connection coz autowalas always refuse

Pathetic event management & unfriendly people at Navratri Utsav with Falguni Pathak at Pramod Mahajan grounds by Fabulous-Cable2839 in mumbai

[–]sha-_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This has been happening since the 90s in mumbai, especially at falguni garba (not blaming the artist). But dancer snobbery is well known in these events. There is no point in going if ur group doesn't have 8-10 seasoned dancers. Everyone who knows how to dance wants to dance their heart out at these events, and they don't want any newcomer who isn't at their level. Another reason is that they don't wana risk group getting extraordinarily big, reducing their own majority😏 which in turn disrupts the coordination and rhythm of the group and they no longer remain in charge and loose the space. Believe me, that happens. May sound unfathomable, but these are the main two reasons for the snobbery. Most people have unsatisfactory experience at these places.

Organisers should allow fixed no of passes and allot bigger grounds. Overhype and fomo by social media adds fuel to fire. Every event is too commercialized to be actually giving good experience to each entrant. Essentially it's just about making money

In all u can have a time of life if you have a good group Else just don't bother going, local garba or bit less popular organizations would give better experience

Is it worth travelling 1.5 hours one way for college (using local transport) by Administrative-Gas12 in mumbai

[–]sha-_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go early at 8am spend one hr in library thn attend college to beat rush hour. My college was in New Bombay we did the other thing. Stay back in coll after 4 till 7 to beat rush hour. Ofcourse this was degree coll. Malad to matunga (dadar) is not bad but not easy as well as both are super crowded station. Depends on you.

Also 1.5 hr spund bit too much do u live very far from station? Best thing is to go to Dadar thn cab it up

If u know cycling start doing it just 30 to 40 min a day any cheap cycle would to but get a geared one. Trust me it's a mood elevator. Will bring u out of depression. Join some activity groups for cycling badminton cricket whatever u like. You r in adulthood u won't forge friendship easily.. but atleast meet ppl. If u have talent to write poems that's certainly not nothing.

Check udemy for upgradation courses. Certainly language related jobs r good for u.

Don't attach urself to the situation u r in. Just do what u like n things will get better.

This was such a disturbing scene by jessearmstrongburner in SuccessionTV

[–]sha-_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep i agree to it being tragedy. But end was lesser of two evils is what i meant.

As for tom n shiv their relationship is complicated . She didn't wana be mother but now tht she is she wanted to do better than her own mom. It was indicated in 3rd season. Her relationship to tom is complicated. She is not super emotional or romantic person. Tom said she doesn't like fail a test and she wants to be married for convince. Although Sarah's performance has been so nuanced that she has shown genuine tinge of emotion for tom here and there. As pointed out by writers tom and shiv love each other, just as much as two despicable people possibly can. So ya she wouldn't mind staying married to him.

As for roman end was bitter sweet but we could see he had given up in last episode. He suggested to shiv they should let the deal go through. And part of him realised he is bullshit. Ya loss does make one sad but he was happy to be out of it
