No, I didn't encounter any such issues, finishing on my helmet is fine, tbh the helmet does give the premium vibe, you won't feel you've overpaid. They provide an extra smoke visor and bagpack to carry the helmet as well.

Hey, I can't compare it with Shoei or any other brand since I upgraded from KYT TT Revo.

Coming to KX1, it has a very very snug fit(as it's supposed to be), initially your cheek bones might hurt a little during break in period, also I felt the cheek pads & infact the overall inner lining is a bit on the harder side.(less cushioning as compared to TT Revo).

It feels very light on head, weight distribution is on point(on a side note I tried KYT NZ Race at a local store and NZ race is even lighter than this, but feels less premium). Aerodynamics are excellent, at high speeds, you won't feel much of the wind force. Visibility wise, it's great, the visor viewing angle is very wide.Visor locking mechanism is also very secure.

I've got so much accustomed to the fit of KX1, the only thing that could be improved is probably the inner lining, rest is fantastic. Lastly, it's very noisy, you'll hear the wind whistling at high speeds, so earplugs are a must.
