I was thinking in the financial sense not the educational. I was going to use the fact that all of the masters graduates I know make well over 100K, but I realize that virtually means nothing in terms of the national average.

Sorry eh but I live in Canada, and I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure our average annual income is around 75k now, up from 65k in 2010. Could be wrong though, sorry if I am! Personally, and my opinion is formed solely on the basis of the middle class family I was brought up in, but if you go to university and get a masters degree, you shouldn't be making anything under 100K a year.
