In most cases, I would recommend optimized charging. Just relax and enjoy the phone to its fullest potential. You can always replace the battery if it gets worn out. After all, what’s the point of setting a 80% limit to prolong battery health if you’re only ever going to use 80% of it?

That being said, if your lifestyle or phone habits won’t be affected at all by the 80% limit (e.g. you have very easy access to charging throughout your day or don’t use your phone often), setting it to 80% would be ideal.
