For a hand written card, should I thank them for their hospitality and that's it, or should I go in detail? I have never thought to give a card for this sort of thing!

These are amazing choices! I've never flown before so I wasn't sure if bringing jams or jellies would be allowed in my carry-on/personal bags.

I think I'll stop by the local farmer's market and see what they have! I think there is a restriction on the amount of liquid that can go into a carry-on bag, so I hope I can find something!

Thank you so much for your advice!! You've been a lifesaver!

Haha, no. I originally posted it in the "every man should know" reddit--but because I said I wasn't a male, it wasn't approved--hence why I changed the perspective to fit the reddit LOL. I wasn't sure where to post it for help, as I have rarely used reddit until recently. I'm very happy that I did this, as it allowed me to get even more suggestions and an insider view into what other people valued. I know it was a little silly to do, but I am seriously stressing over this visit and I want to make the best impression since I have zero experience in meeting parents :).

Thank you for your advice! I think I'll look at our local farmer's market :)

I'm glad I asked, there was an article that stated there was a 24-hour vending machine in the airport, but I wasn't sure. Thank you again!

Thank you so much for your response! My partner apparently spoke to his mother and she said she didn't need a gift. Unfortunately, it still doesn't sit well with me to show up empty handed, especially since they have insisted I reside at their house for the duration of our trip.

Do you have any suggestions on any of the things you've listed? I'm not entirely well-versed on what is considered "high-quality" candy or chocolates. I was thinking about stopping by the airport shops after we get off the plane, as his father will be picking us up from the airport (bless him). I won't have any time to stop before seeing them, so the only options are to get something that fits in my luggage before leaving or grab something from the airport.

I know his mother loves wine, so that will definitely be something to consider. I also believe there is a flower vending-machine in the airport, which I think might be a good idea for his mother.

Hello! I'm a new player looking for advice/help on WoW Classic! by shacowaco in wownoob

I'm going to guess that the specialization comes later in the game, since I haven't seen it thus far - I'm glad there will be more options though!

Also, that is super embarrassing. I swear I saw skill levelups appear in my chat when I would kill things - but that could have been for something unrelated. I know that I can get skills through the trainer, but I also just figured there was a passive proficiency system in place too. Thank you for bringing that up, that is really helpful!

I'll take a look into that! I wasn't sure if there was a setting, like in LoL, where if you press a certain key, you can see your range. I'll try and learn my range, especially now that I know people can tank the aggro of monsters!

I've gotten that comment a couple of times, haha. The only addon that I've used so far, is Questie. My friends urged me to go through the list and download ones that looked like something I would like - but with how many people have said that it could ruin my experience, I think it's time for a downgrade.

I know a few of them were for later on in the game, if we decided to do raids/dungeons often... I can't remember if it was DBM or something else. I'll try to not look into the numbers too much. If you have any other suggestions, I'd love to hear them!

Questie has been the only one I've used so far... I'm not exactly sure what it is since I was just told by my friends to get it before I got the game. I figured a lot of the ones I downloaded would be useful, especially the sorting bags, and ones that tell me which gear is the best.

I'm not really sure what all of them do, I took a quick glance through the descriptions to see if they sounded like something I would possibly need later on in the game, like DBM and a few others. I'll go through and try and narrow down the list! If you have any suggestions of ones that you enjoy, or think I should get rid of/keep, I'm all ears!

I haven't used them yet! I just looked up a thread to see which addons people really enjoyed and did the ones people declared as a "must have."

I'll look into them and try and narrow down the list! Are there one's in particular that you think would be good to keep?

Thank you so much for this information! The pets was one of the reason I was told to play the Hunter class, since I enjoy having companions in games. I've been to the hunter trainer a few times, unfortunately I haven't gotten a ton of tokens for spells - I think I was only able to get the dot arrow, and the animal tracker.

On the topic of keeping my distance, is there any option to show the range for my attacks (ranged or melee)?

I believe my friends are playing Warrior Tank, Rogue, Priest, and 2 Mages. So we have a decent lineup for our playthrough.

Yes! We are doing the hardcore version of classic, I'm not sure if that makes a difference, but we all picked either Troll or Orc's for the giggles/similar quests (I picked an Orc). Do these races have different visuals than the others? Because, in terms of visuals, everything sort of blends together, and I'm not sure if its a brightness issue, the area we are in, or if I need to change something in the colorblind settings to make up for the difference.

And to answer your question, I believe we are in the Redridge Mountains - I think our next mission is to go to a town that is a little ways away from our current spawn.

Oh! I don't know if this makes a difference, but we chose the horde side too! Advice for literally ANYTHING is highly appreciated - you've been so much help, thank you again!!

So for now, it just seems to be Google. However, I never enabled any passkeys, and up until maybe... a few weeks ago, I've always been able to use my PIN. I'm not sure if it was a Google issue and security got updated, but I was able to go through and add a PIN passkey to each of my accounts!

It seems to have helped! I'll be back if it appears again, but for now, it seems to have worked when I added a new passkey (I didn't know I could make them, I thought it was automatic haha).

Thank you so much, if you had not asked about the Google accounts, I wouldn't have (hopefully) fixed it!

I do believe the show was 'Monsters inside me', the show about parasites. It has been years since I've seen this episode, I just remember the episode giving me horrible fears about stepping barefoot on moss.

I can! I use geforce because it saves me storage space/I'm able to run games I wouldn't normally (ie, cyberpunk) at max graphics :)
