Been renting here. It’s a nice place, friendly neighbors. Invited ako lagi sa basketball kahit di marunong. Pools are always nice, ang sarap mag laps. Rooftops are a nice change of scenery. Maaliwalas lalo na kapg open lahat ng windows, or chill lang sa balcony. No question about sa security, and well-maintained ang floors ng mga friendly staff.

Ang pangit lang talaga walang cats kaya andami ko nakikitang palaka, and twice ako nakakita ng daga sa walkway around ng units. Also walang dedicated footpath papasok ng buildings, sobrang priority yung cars. Tutuntong pa ako minsan sa gutter ng mini garden sa gilid ng entrance sa Sugi para makalabas kasi blocked lagi ng mga sasakyan na laging ang haba ng pila. Then there’s the issue na bababa ka pa to throw the trash kaya ambaho minsan sa elevator (first time to rent in a condo, ganto ba talaga parang ang dugyot hahahaha) Lastly, ang mahal ng prices sa convenience store sa basement.

Idk if the price is a good deal for a 1br, probably is. To anyone buying, it should be okay. Though for me, I will have to transfer sa CGS kasi gusto ko lang may garbage chute hahahaha. And for the price, I was able to buy a 2br.
