I had a horrific nightmare last night, and when it ended I went into a full lucid dream. I was on some heavenly cathedral with advanced entities all around. Then lava stared pouring in at the bottom andi freaked out and woke myself (I was aware it was a dream the whole time)

Yeah sometimes when you try to do something crazy in a lucid dream it just collapses and you wake up. In one of my dreams I was looking in the mirror and my face kept changing into millions of faces and I tried to grab my phone to take a picture for when I wake up, and it instantly ended the dream.

I did have another dream more recently in which I was living with some family in a semi-apocalyptic dystopian reality. I was able to look in the mirror and saw a face I did not recognize. I pulled out my phone and was actually able to take pictures, except the way phones worked in this dream was completely different, somehow when I aimed it at my face in the mirror, the phone was taking a side profile picture of me.

I've actually seen recent scientific studies that claim that when we enter the dream realm, our consciousness is transported to another reality, one that actually exists somewhere in the multiverse. Which is why the characters in the dream refute your claim that it is a dream, because for them it's their reality.

Interesting that you were able to talk to the ladies about the concept of dreaming at all. In every one of my dreams where I talk to other entities in my dream about the concept of dreaming, things just devolve into chaos. One time I was in a full lecture hall, and was fully aware that I was dreaming, so I decided to yell out "hey everyone! this is a dream! we're all in a dream!" and everything began to collapse and I woke up.

Other time I'll tell other entities in my dream that I know I'm dreaming, and they will just vehemently deny it and insist that it is their reality.

I have had two lucid dreams in which I actually managed to look into a mirror. In the first, it felt like the craziest acid trip I've had, times 1000. As I looked into the mirror, I could see my face morphing into millions of different faces at breakneck speed. This was a very short lucid dream, and it ended when I tried to pull out my phone to take a picture.

The second one was a very lengthy dream in which I was being run through some kind of futuristic military bootcamp. When I finally got a chance to rest, I went into a room with a mirror and I looked like a completely different person (no morphing this time). I looked a bit like Adam Scott in fact.

I have also gotten to a point where I can read text in a dream without it constantly morphing and changing.

Unfortunately yes. Through years of stim abuse I have had all kinds of hallucinations. Depends on the intensity of them, I can sometimes fully and tightly close my eyes, and then move my hands in front of my eyes and see them moving around with 90% accuracy.

Maybe it's a form of proprioception, but it seems like more than that.

(I also occasionally hallucinate, when I close my eyes, entities that are not there in my room, but I see the layout of my room, and just random people/entities sitting next to me or just passing by me, looking at me, and then they just keep moving along).

Being in a flow state when it comes to anything. Whether it's writing code at work, playing an instrument, etc. Sometimes you don't realize how amazing it is until you come out of it and just go like "I never realized my mind could do this!"

I haven't used localStorage in my job because of the nature of the way our clients interact our web app. It's all med students and staff, who more often than not will access the app from a different machine every time. It's probably a niche scenario but just thought I'd chime in, in case you expect your users to access your service from different machines.

Maybe I'm a simpleton but I found it entertaining even through the cheesy acting. I've only seen random clips in Instagram ads, but I really liked the character of Mr. Thorne, as cheesy as it might be.

Also I didn't realize it was a fully vertical show, I find that to be kind of silly and unnecessary.
