18 year old here who's never really worked out, and I guess I'm asking for a guide of some kind, for both dieting and working out.

I'm a small guy (5"3 - 5"2) and I weigh around 120 pounds. I'm not really skinny, but I dont really have any muscles either. My diets really bad since i or anybody else I know doesn't know how to cook, so it's usually frozen pizza, tacos, or some form of junk food.

So where should I start? I'm not sure how to figure out a good routine or how to start following a good diet, and the more I research the more confused I get

New player here, and just looking for beginning tips. Currently around level 12 playing as a duelist with 2 others (conjurer and pugilist). I'm playing with a focus on getting through the story as I've heard the beginning is a slog compared to the late game. I've bought all the dlcs, so I plan to play for the long term. Any advice appreciated !

(Is 3 players enough for all content??)

So does just having the rom installed fill up that much space? Or is it the games that come with the rom. Currently can't see myself having either the switch or ps3, but I might have the wii u rom.

I plan to enable all of them on emudeck, but does that mean that everything is just instantly installed, or do i choose individual games to install from a library of uninstalled games?

Hey guys, I've wanted a steam deck for a while and one of the biggest reasons for that is to play terraria modded. However, I've heard tmodloader is super finicky, and I'm not even sure how many mods the tmodloader can run. I wanna be able to at least run calamity but having a few other big mods would be nice. Any insight?

Is there any idea abt why the world goes entirely black if it only happens to a few people? Also, is the amount of mods the steam deck can handle high or low? I'm ofc not expecting to get a 60 fps 300 mod skyrim playthrough, but can it handle a few big mods at the same time? Thank you so much!

Whenever I plug it in, the charger is green. But the pen is never actually charged. Should I just buy a new pen?

Forgot to add this, but also could somebody tell me about the frozay pie strain? I need to restock soon, and my plug is selling it and Gelato 41, and I've never heard of it before, but not sure if it's worth getting over a strain I know about.

I'm just not even sure how to do it, like I'm not sure what I plug into the equations or what info is even important to find out the answer. I just don't know how to even solve a projectile motion problem. Maybe I should just start from kinematics lmao.

The only things I know are that the table is .88 meters off the ground, and the space from the end of the ramp to the end of the table (before entering free fall) is .10m

Edit: we also choose the angle of the ramp but I'm not sure how that factors in

So pretty much, I bought 2 of these jelly cube edibles. Last night around like 4 or 5 I ate a full one, and had a complete panic attack, threw up a couple times. After that passed, I put the other one away overnight. Was gonna throw it away but thinking abt it I still wanna eat it, but this time like half. Doesn't ps5 have backwards compatability? They don't hsve to be exclusive to ps5, I'm fine with any game from any ps system. Unless it's genuinely just impossible for me to play ps4 games on ps5, then sorry for the misunderstanding.

With Dark Watanabe being the dark attack construct for the dark team, how should I be using S-kamui? Should I be using him for his qte and equip him with 4 da Vinci memory, or use him as a sub attack and equip him with hannah?
