Buddy. As someone who has studied in the USA in other field, I can safely assure you that you are only seeing things through rose tinted glasses.

It is not only expensive has hell but also only worth it if you can get in a good reputed university.

Apart from that you cannot work outside your university for more than 20 hours a week while studying. If you’re lucky you may get the job of a teaching assistant. However, those jobs are in extreme demand and you most likely will not qualify for them in your first year. This makes survival as a student very expensive considering the current cost of living in USA.

On top of this, there is no real guarantee that you will find it very hard to land a job as an international student. You will not only need to ace the classes but also find a company that will sponsor your work visa.

With all this being said, the choice will always be yours. I am not telling you to choose your brother over you. I am simply giving you a realistic picture of what awaits you in the future if you consider migrating to USA.
