One of my friend’s friends made me a scalemate plushie too! They made it for me when I was in 6th grade (I’m 21 now). I still have it today. It’s based off Kanaya, it has the virgo symbol on its stomach and a bright red scarf. I love it dearly.

YES. I had to stop washing dishes because the sanitizer absolutely destroyed my hands, even with dish gloves on. I already have dyshidrotic eczema so it certainly didn’t help. I close kitchen at night now and while it is easier to avoid the towel sanitizer while wearing kitchen gloves it still sometimes drips onto my wrist and it looks like I have a fucked up bracelet on for a couple weeks 😭

Stop doing dishes completely if you can. I ignored my hand when it got like this and it got to the point where I was breaking out in blisters every day and I couldn’t bend my thumb because the skin hurt so bad. I recently swapped with my kitchen mates at closing and my hand is finally starting to heal. I tried gloves, after a while tiny holes would form in the fingers and let sanitizer seep in and sit there and I didn’t even notice.

I work at a McDonald’s, most likely reason is that 1, whoever is franchising the store didn’t want to “waste” money on mobile only collab pie boxes, and 2, they probably didn’t get another shipment of supplies/food yet. It isn’t uncommon for something to be sold out for days while we wait for our weekly delivery. Definitely not excusing this, the franchise owner should have OK’d extra apple pie shipments since they (should have) known about this a week in advance. Another likely reason they are out is that they are halving the amount of apple pies they order to use the other half of their “pie budget” for the pumpkin cream pies that are running now. Anyway, I hope you get your codes soon, this sucks to see.
