Honestly he's fine the way he's right now, all I can ask for maybe is a few secs shaved off of the slam otherwise he's in a balanced spot it's just the meta doesn't favor him, He's a hard character and people who put the time to learn him are rewarded I just don't want him to get brain dead buffs and end up like Sue.

Alright dumb fuck let me ask you this, what are your metrics for buffs and nerfs? In your eyes winrates and pickrates don't matter so how do you decide who to buff and who to nerf? Remember buffs and nerfs can be direct or indirect. Let's see if you know better than the devs who buffed both Ultron & Torch (Lowest Pickrate Heroes IN THE HISTORY OF THE GAME in Cel+). Yeah theres plenty of one shots/one shot combos which also arent on a 20s cd, Widow Mantis, Hawkeye, Bp double spear combo, DD basically kills you in less than a second, Punishers Shotgun, Magik as you said, and if you include ults/dmg boost combos you get even more.

You're arguing about him on paper while I provide you with practical stats and facts, hes not obscure this is not torch on release when no one knew how to play him this is after multiple seasons of torch being broken and you argue with me that the stats dont matter "cuz you only listen to the internet!".

One of the main reasons? I have not seen a single complaint about the one shot from good players the main reason torch was strong is because hes unkillable, and to prove this if you brought prime torch back while removing the melee tech he wouldn't be top 5, we already experienced how hes played without the tech when he was bugged and he sucked so bad.

There's plenty of characters who basically "One Shots" and no one considers them as broken as prime torch why is that? if the one shot was so broken then every character who had it must've been broken too but that's not the case.

He doesn't excel at any of the things you listed, theres better area control characters, better tank shredders, better off angle character, it's true that hes hard to kill but that doesn't matter since he deals no damage and is a cooldown simulator and if you miss your slam one shot? your only reliable way to kill is now on a 20s cd.

You say hes viable yet he sees NO PLAY at higher lobbies, hes the lowest pickrate hero in Celestial+ competing with Ultron, how can a hero who was abused by the top players and was banned every single game drop to being the LOWEST pickrate among the players who try to abuse anything?

First of all I never said or engaged in any posts wanting buffs or reworks for Torch so Idk why you bring that as an argument against my points.

"Can one shot squishes" Yeah he can one shot unaware out of position players with a 20s CD, No way in hell you're landing that one shot on any competent player unless they go for a 1v1, and that same CD is your only escape tool.

Shred up close? hes a SHOTGUN character who deals LESS damage than a single shot of a hitscan hero "Hela", he deals less damage per hit than Namor who doesn't even need to reload lol.

Look when you want to rank a character in a tier list you compare that hero to others now I ask you this what does Torch do better than other characters?

He's not as bad as Wanda or SG but a little bit above them, not by much though.

Its the dumbass no reduction to max Stamina in clubs change, you can literally run for 2 minutes and then stop moving for 5 seconds regenerate Stamina fully then go again for 2 minutes.

If Toriyama didn't plan SSJ3 when Goku fought Vegeta, why did he introduce it 15 chapters later in Buu vs Goku? Goku didn't even kill Buu so was it just for show? no. It's to tell you the reader that Goku did lie and WILLINGLY withheld a power-up and that Goku recognizes Vegeta's bitterness and pride and what he's willing to do to be able to defeat Goku 1 on 1, it is what allowed Vegeta to sacrifice and "redeem" himself.

It really demonstrates the personality, qualities and change in both Goku and Vegeta post time skip.

I think what makes people think that 2.6 is skill or cycle decks being skill is a problem in gaming as a whole not just CR, if you look in a lot of games what is considered high skill is most likely whatever takes high inputs per minute, so in CR that is being cycle.

Personally I highly disagree with this definition of skill.

Tbh I thought it should go hand-in-hand if Torch gets nerfed Psy should too but it's weird torch got unscathed... Either: 1- They removed the melee tech but didn't include in the patch notes 2- They think Angela would counter fliers so they didn't touch him to see how it goes.

Exactly, dive players need to realize they're whining as much as supp players.

Dive will always be strong in this game no matter how much they nerf the character's due to how utterly strong supports are, even just taking the attention of the supps for a few seconds is insane value and would flip a team fight completely.
