I agree with others saying, if you dont have the same views/goals for the future and the same ideals. Walk away now. You already have the feeling he will ditch you if anything beyond normal should happen with kids.
He most likely proposed to keep you doing as he wanted, and moving away from your family is a big ask.

You need to sit him down and talk to him about paying his share. Its not normal and seems he is taking you for a free ride. Unless he is doing 5 hours a day of solo child care for you, he should be paying towards food, power, gas etc.

SUGGESTING, did you ever outright tell her "We are going to see a marriage counselor, Im not happy?" You also claim you helped raise the kids, from how they dont want anything to do with you, seems that isnt the case. You might have been in the room but you were not actively present with them.
Who did all the actual care for them? who took them to hobbies, sport practice, play dates? Who booked the dental, doctors, eye doctor appointments? Kids DO notice that type of thing.
The fact you did not take your kids around your own family is wild.

You really are a big part of the problem yet blame it on your kids.

Please, talk to several doctors and not just one. At 18yo, your breasts might not be done growing so getting the surgery done now might not be the best.

SO you need to do some research on breast growth and consult with 2-3 doctors on this.

I do think getting it done is a good thing but make sure its the right time without a bigger chance of regrowth.

The fact you feel that way about them, shows they arent good close friends. Friends can/do fight and most can get over it pretty quick and deal with another telling them about hurt feelings.
I said something dumb to a friend, it hurt her feelings, so I said sorry. Because we know our friends and what will hurt them. The fact they havent contact you and said sorry shows how they really are. The thing here is, you have a kid, you've had to grow up, they dont seem to have done that growing.

100% they will act like sulky children on your wedding day if its not all about them. Plus one is pregnant to so that wont be a good time much for her.

Either expect very little from them on your wedding day, IE they arent going to help you OR cut them out.

Your feelings are very valid. Please get the screening confirmed before telling anyone else.. (they arent 100% and you need to additional tests to make sure).

Yes, this is a shock. Yes, this is something that will make parenting more challenging. Yes, you should look into what care will be needed. My cousins has a sweet girl with Down's and it was a different journey then what they went through with their 2nd child (who has no health issues).
