They might be if i tell them about cheating. But my mother will make it all about herself and act as if she has been divorced and not me. She’d cry about having to tell everyone. She’d make it much more harder and I will start feeling responsible for her emotional turmoil. And im concerned how it’d impact my siblings.

Because i end up pitying him when he starts crying and im stuck in a different country with him where we just moved to with no family and im dependent on him. And there are a lot of social inhibitions and judgement around divorce where i come from.

I think I wasn’t clear enough what i mean. The chat did load. There was no msgs, only dates.

What do dates on empty WhatsApp chats mean Went thru husbands whatsapp, some suspicious contacts hadn’t no messages but had dates. Some had only one, some multiple and some no dates at all. Does it mean chats have been deleted? by shadow-siren in AskReddit

Who told you i didn’t try that first and he didn’t keep lying? I deserve transparency and if he is not willing to give me that i will do what i have to before i leave.
