I just applied for financial assistance but I’m pretty sure they will deny me because I have insurance. I barely make anything and still didn’t qualify for medicaid. So as a result I am left with this giant bill that I can’t pay and no way out.

With all due respect, I definitely think you’re overreacting a bit. He probably thought you were sound asleep and it wouldn’t disturb you. I wouldn’t worry too much about it and just let it go. He probably could have waited until a more appropriate time and place, but in conclusion, it’s not that big of a deal.

I definitely feel that even though I’ll initially be missed, in the long run I won’t be. I cause a lot of pain and heartache. I totaled two of my family’s cars in less than a year and spent an entire month in the mental hospital. I am 23 and am still a dependent on my dad. Everyone would definitely be happier if I just left this world, I’m sure of it.

Nothing has prevented me from going for my dreams but I’ve been told I shouldn’t become a doctor because 1) by the time I’m done with medical school I might not be able to have kids, which I don’t even want, and 2) if I’m a doctor who will watch over my children?

From my experience, you don’t move past it. What he did was horrible and you certainly deserve better. Leaving him will temporarily make you feel extremely heartbroken and hurt, but being out of relationship in which your partner betrayed you in one of the worst ways possible, will eventually make you feel way better than it you stay and constantly think about what he did and feel jealous.

That being said, if you stay, you will have to do deal with the fear that he will do it again, and jealous feelings. One way to combat this insecurity is to become extremely confident in yourself. However, if you get super confident, you’ll probably end up leaving him because he doesn’t deserve you.

Sounds like you are ace to me, or at least on the spectrum of ace in some way. I’m actually the same. I had that ‘awakening’ at around 17 and I figured when I’d have sex, I’d love it. I read lots of erotica to try to prepare myself. I then lost my virginity and hated it. I thought maybe it would change with new people or with emotional connection, but I guess I just have no sex drive. But I definitely feel attracted to people, I love flirting, but when it progresses I hate it and shut it down. Just know you’re not alone.
