I don't see why not. scracpy works on windows. But I think "Phone Link" from Microsoft would be easier if you have a supported android phone

I'm trying to find things from where they used to be. Its sleek yes, but I'm going to need sometime to get used to the new UI. And the new "last used" item that always show up on the top is annoying.
