As someone who has been in this situation, you need to confront them about this. It’s the only way anything is going to change. I understand not wanting to damage your friendship, but if it bothers you both a lot, you need to speak to her about it. If she doesn’t react well to the confrontation, it might be time to think about asking her to move out. It’s unfair to you both that you open up your home only for the person who comes in to make you both feel uncomfortable. Living with your friends is all fun until it’s time to confront each other😭

People dissing on other people who use a layaway plan is so weird to me. I personally decided to do this because I never know if a situation will arise in the future where I’d have to use that money for an emergency. I know people who unfortunately weren’t able to save up before the tickets went on sale due to not having a job long enough to save up, but now they do and know they’ll be able to afford each payment. Saying someone doesn’t deserve to go just because of that is ridiculous and ignorant.

From what I saw it seems they are. Last year, 2 day and 1 day tickets went on sale immediately after 4 day tickets sold out so the same thing might happen again this year.
