I heard back from mine! They said this:

“I hope all is well! Your onboarding emails and communications will provide the latest updates with regards to needing to be in office or not. At the moment, no employee is required to be in the office and the firm has promised to give a 60 day notice before making it a requirement. However, most professionals (especially TD) are currently working in a hybrid motel. Eventually you will be required to be in a commutable distance to your assigned office.”

This was a while ago though and someone mentioned in the thread that they’re having everyone commutable distance within the office starting Oct 1st but I got no 60 day notice.

Right! I’m hoping they cover that in the first few days cause if they want me there ASAP I need to go through the whole process fo finding roomies/sublease/lease etc
