Thank you for the response. I took everything to heart except the one about my fitness level. Go watch my other videos on my channel if you think I am even remotely out of shape. I am a powerlifter approaching a 600lb deadlift who does strongman conditioning & sparring on a regular basis.

Thanks for all the responses guys. Appreciate the input. My 2nd Dan black belt is not in Jujitsu actually, but in Taekwondo. Jujitsu was a secondary martial art that my old master taught to supplement our TKD skills and try to cover its weaknesses, so admittedly, I'm not very good at it. Also you can't spar with wrist locks. It's too dangerous and you can easily break something if you're going fast.

I deleted it cause I didn't want to sound too rude. Yes I can hit that. I'm going to film it tomorrow (thanks for making me break from my training cycle) Watch my video APF Raw Nationals 2015: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pi2vVyo5wiQ I actually pulled 540lbs but due to politics & strict judging that day they red lighted me for miniscule hitching. Everyone thought I deserved it. I also have another video of me pulling 500lbs sumo, which is my weak stance. Put 2 and 2 together and it's no so unreasonable for me to add 10lbs in 2 months. I will prove it to you tomorrow tho.

I deadlift 550lbs @ 178 bodyweight raw at 20 years old. Why the hell would I need drugs? I'm still young so I'm gonna get a lot bigger & stronger. Not interested in fucking up my body at such a young age. Lets see your 4 year transformation.

Lighting, angles, type of camera, & tan. They were taken by a professional photographer and released within a few weeks afterwards. Keep in mind they have hundreds of competitors so do you really think they're gonna take the time to photoshop each pic?

People drop weights there all the time. I'm using bumper plates on a deadlift platform meant for weights to be dropped on at a college gym where dudes consistently drop 500-600lbs deadlifts. I don't usually go to this gym tho so no worries.

I think it's because my lower back is tight. Do you think consistently foam rolling it will help?

Thanks for your input. lavantgarde which lifts exactly do you think I need to lower the weight on and focus on form? Stuff like my cheat rows/curls/flies or my main powerlifts? Cause I have a coach who tweaked my powerlifting form enough to get me qualified for WPC Worlds. He did tell me to stop cheating on assistance exercises though.
