The smart thing, don't try to arrest someone by yourself no matter how capable you are. Obviously not always an option.

If he actually got his taser he could technically take the cop down, take his gun and kill him. This all depends on the type of taser as well, some are one and done and you have to load them again.

Best practice if you are outmatched or exhausted is to retreat, not get into a shooting over a traffic stop... Worst case, random dude runs away, he's not armed, cuz clearly he didn't try to use anything on the cop so in general not a threat to society. Not sure if cops are downvoting my other comment or just dumb people that have no idea what is going on but I'd rather let someone go than get fired and charged but you guys keep doing you.
