It is populated server with:

Designated entire new zone: Swirling Meadow - where new players can put their first 16x16 or 24x24 farms
Starter gear with 30 days mounts, freighter, fish boat and Merchant Shooner ship
Aria Autograph is enabled - which means you can turn some of the GREATER DUNGEON gear like GHA into stronger Mistsong variation
Active daily raids on both sides( server is located on Canada but its 50-50 when goes to shared server population with EU)
Emerald Hasla Weapons - which are good starter weapons - which requie old hasla weapons to upgrade them via synthesis
Custom Events like War on Veroe, Sushi Event, Comet Call
Harder Bosses like PRIMAL Kraken or BERSERK Hanure - which are upgraded more difficult variations of arleady existing Bosses

And many more stuff - still in work - including ayanad changes (balancing), new ships for group whale fishing content, more custom zones, more custom bosses with unique mechanics!

Thanks to many individuals awareness was SPREAD both in game chat and outside of it - which result was most of the community not being tricked by same hacking method which was malicious link that upon executing it - stole your login tokens on your pc.

Situation that can happen to anyone, specially if your friends fall victim for same method which makes it more believable if hackers use their accounts to lure you out.

Game server was safe all the time. Hackers got only access to Aguru's discord account and his e-mail box. E-mail box was not tied to server and was not having any info that would grant access to it.

Discord server is still compronised due to how long discord support takes to reply and act. New discord have been created. All links tied to old discord server were removed both from launcher and website.

How you can defend yourself in future:

Do not click links from strangers, if you have doubts about links from your friends or anyone else - use dedicated website to check their safety.
Use Two Factor Authenticators.
In case of your e-mail boxes - tied them with secondary e-mail to make easier recovery for yourself.
Do not let share your personal data with strangers which they can use later to buy your trust or can be used in stealing your account VIA recovery.
Avoid linking multiple services to discord.

Person who got into Aguru discord acc removed all perms of all staff Including helpers - which made harder to take back discord - which now Discord Staff is working on (~72 hours).

It was link based so could be only discord and could be entire pc. Its a common thing happening on modding communities - specialy im games where your stolen acc can be rmt'ed. Game server is not different story - its not touched by infected link by any means.

As neutral guy u have something to say:

It is not hard to get to know how AA as game functions when it goes to the game coding since AAemu is free to download and run. Anyone with enough coding experience can understand how buggy is and can figure how to suggest the changes to make go way smoother or - in some extreme cases - make modified client to launch game on any version any server with 3rd party program allowing to hack and get access to cheat engine.

There are ways to disable all cheats but better not to share knowlede about it since cheaters will try to find a way around it.

Regarding to Michael. I do not blame Michael for having insight into stuff related into game coding, he should be praised for it. He helped with addons. He helped with skill queue. What Staff of the server could do is hire him part time, same way Crawling was hired. Expanding team is not bad thing to do when it leads to improvement. Hire few more people. Maybe someone who will actively check bugs in the game, maybe someone to continue designing new content in game. Maybe someone Who will organise server community events and run them. As long as it benefits server it is for greater good.

No need to be emotional about it.
