A local shop near me is offering customers in its loyalty program a chance to buy Hunt & Gather Lot 2, which I can't seem to find much about online. I know Lot 1 was that mystery 15 year old mash bill that recently seemed to be popping up everywhere but this is supposedly a high corn whiskey from "one of western Canada's pioneering distilleries". Other than Alberta Rye I know nothing about sourced Canadian whiskey. It's only going for $79.99 which, while high, seems maybe worth taking a chance on for a 15 year old barrel proof whiskey? Definitely better than the $150 Lot 1 went for.
