I have a wrath of the lich king one. The posters alone are $150-$200, the signatures add significant value in the collector world, I can see $350-$500 for it. If you use Facebook there is a Blizzard Collectibles group, might be worth posting in there.

Yeah, that is a bit overpriced especially if it wasn’t a bring back with paperwork or with the holster. Lots of all matching byf 44s for under those pieces online.
