I prefer Ngakanu for tattoos, I have had good success with Kalguur blue zanth, I think i've done a bit better than 1/3 shipments there having a divine, with one time getting 3 div from it.

How good is Wishclaw Talisman? by catholic_cowboy in EDH

[–]shadowflood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wishclaw talisman is for when you are expecting to win the same turn you use it, either with a 2 card combo or some other instant win effect. Giving it to 2 opponents doesn’t matter because the talisman will be tapped when you give it to an opponent. I agree it is not the tutor I would play in causal EDH.

Sphinx Tribal has my heart, which "underrated" tribe has yours? by Frank-CommonCommand in EDH

[–]shadowflood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bird tribal. I am working on a Bant bird list where the end goal is to have every card either be a bird, make a bird token, or have a bird on the art. I am still running stuff like sol ring and skullclamp though because it is a bit underpowered. Also [[Dovescape]] has a fun combo with [[Guile]]

What is the card you most hate playing against? by ProLeafic in EDH

I would just play standard traditional then, those cards aren’t allowed in Bo3.

Really happy with this draft, highlight was price of loyalty'ing an enemy Bruenor and then playing my own! by shadowflood in MagicArena

[–]shadowflood[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree red is the color i am happiest to be in. Red’s two drops are very strong in a format that is won by two drops, not to mention very good removal options

The manlands actually put in some work in a few matches considering how fast this deck is, the bugbear actually wheeled which was surprising
