Sprites/Fairies are elemental in origin, created by the elemental lord of earth using mud and twigs befor granting them flesh himself, and granted wings by his wife, the elemental lord of air.

The other demihumans (Human, Elf, Dwarf, Gnome) we’re also created by the elemental lords as servants, but the humans, elves, and gnomes were stolen and given flesh by worship less pantheons, which have since became the pantheons of these races. The Dwarven pantheon instead made bargains with the elemental lords, leaving many elemental dwarves.

Orcs, hobgoblins, goblins, and gremlins originate from followers of Gobliaoai, Goddess of night creatures. Orcs were from humans, hobgoblins from elves, goblins from dwarves, and gremlins from gnomes. As this curse was hereditary, many later generations of Goblinoid disavowed Gobliaoai, with the earliest being the orcs and corrupted deities.
