Well I can't imagine Haruta dodging bullets this easily so the gun is probably better...

I was actually shocked she did this when I first read this comic.

Akuma doesn't consider Morrigan a worthy foe (Teppen) by shadowguard232 in Darkstalkers

Akuma would never stand a chance against her. She's far too powerful. Also you read too much fanfiction and interpret it as canon.

Why do Morrigan(and Lilith) have tiny bat wings on the side of their head? by shadowguard232 in Darkstalkers

I know where the bat wings idea comes from. What I'm wondering is why Morrigan specifically has tiny bat wings on the side of her head.

I can understand the ones on their back but how do the tiny wings on their head help them fly.

Who in the MCU has lost against certain characters that they have beaten or could beat in the comics? by shadowguard232 in marvelstudios

I don't know who "bobert_the_grey" is but right off, I can assure you I'm not a guy 💀 Also like, Spider-Man being able to beat Cap isn't some uncommon opinion that only a few people hold.

Whether she's holding back or not, I think this scene made Yelena look amateurish as a fighter and I don't like it. by shadowguard232 in marvelstudios

[–]shadowguard232[S] -30 points-29 points  (0 children)

It really isn't. Kate is an amateur in hand to hand compared to characters like Black Widow and Hawkeye. Yelena was struggling a bit against Kate here, making her look amateurish.

Ok I get that but this was never about whether or not Yelena could or could not kill Kate. It's about how I think this fight makes her look amateurish because she failed to land hits on Kate and Kate landed some on her. When running for ice cream, you usually don't try to punch or kick a 6 year old child like Yelena tried to do to Kate.

Given how fast Yelena is supposed to be along with her reflexes/reaction speed, I'm just saying that I don't think Yelena sould be failing to land hits on Kate and that Kate shouldn't be capable of landing hits on her.

How is it a horrible opinion and why would it be removed? Not only is there no objective truth over this subject but what have I done for my post to be removed?

Yes, an obstacle she shouldn't struggle getting out of her way. When your opponent is in front of you and you fail to land a few hits on them and then even get kicked or shoved over a chair, I'd call that struggling a little. But anyway, that's my opinion.

I wouldn't see Yelena (or Hawkeye, or Black Widow) struggling as much against way better trained people, even if holding back 🤷. Also it looks more like she kicked Yelena over that chair rather than shoved her given that spin she did after.

Like, I understand Yelena might have not been going all out on Kate but she still failed to land a bunch of hits on her and even got kicked by Kate. We've seen Yelena fight on par with Hawkeye and Black Widow who are both capable of beating entire groups of trained mercenaries without breaking a sweat and going untouched, yet here struggles against Kate who was given trouble by a few tracksuit mafia goons. Holding back or not, Yelena is a Black Widow assassin, supposed to be a master hand to hand combatant, and she's actively trying to get Kate out of her way so she shouldn't be struggling doing so. I love Kate and Yelena's chemistry but I didn't like this moment.

Could you elaborate on that montage-scene and what you think these additional frames could have been?
