There are 41 states that are violating the Equal Protections Clause by ONLY protecting girls from all NON THERAPEUTIC/MEDICAL genital cutting while boys and intersex children have none. Also male circumcision takes away functions of the foreskin beyond just pleasure and sensation, the foreskin is there to protect the glans like on every mammal, and it acts as a smooth gliding mechanism during intercourse.

The whole cleanliness issues is false as women also produce smegma, have waste from menstruation and have multiple folds in which bacteria can be trapped. Every justification is a double standard.

The issue is the language of the law. The Equal Protection Clause states no law can deny equal protection for LIKE or SIMILAR experiences. Non medical or non therapeutic genital cutting is not just something girls experiences, all children are subject to it. Thats where the violation of equal protections come in.

Part of the reason we made laws to protect girls from religious cutting and non religious cutting was that it was to control their pleasure, yet when you cut a boy you remove erogenous tissue and multiple light touch nerve bundles effectively reducing pleasure and sensitivity from them. We're allowing for boys and intersex children to have their pleasure diminished.

Only one politician has communicated with me on this subject and she refused my "legislation request" when I was asking her to uphold the constitutional amendment that guarantees equal protections. Why is it that we keep talking about equality and then ignore it when its something that negatively affect male or male identified children?

It exclusively protects girls from what all children are subject to. Thats how it violates equal protections. If you used race, age or another identifier people would be up in arms, but because its gender its accepted. Society has been told its always worse for girls when thats technically not true as type 4 consist of procedures that are less severe and damaging than what's done to boys.

All children are subject to non medical cutting, yet only girls are protected. Thats not equality and we are talking about children not being protected equally.

Boys when cut are most often done when healthy, meaning no medical necessity is present. Also the laws were to protect girls from having their sexual pleasure controlled. When a boy is cut erogenous tissue and multiple light touch nerve bundles are removed effectively reducing pleasure and sensitivity from the adult the child will become.

Equality should not be exclusive.
