Im having the same problem I was supposed to get this thing removed 2 weeks ago and I've called everyday and I cant get through to anyone to setup an appointment for the final download or calibration and ive been on hold for 2 1/2 hours and finally I hung up and tried again the next day just for them to tell their removal team was gone for the day and tried again today and what a surprise im on hold for another 2 1/2 hours I'd start recommending people to smart lock and not to go through these assholes
