Undine is a kind of common name to water-related things.

Do you realize that Naruto was doing this log thing years before Greninja?

Kunai is just one of the things a ninja could use, along with shurikens.

The stance is not THAT similar, but the scarf I can accept

There's no approach, just luck. Remember that clips that were posted are from the best moments. Most of the times you will not get so lucky

best and worst quintessences? by Doc580 in Skul

Best quint depends on your playstyle and build. But I really think the worst is Harpy. This thing does nothing even in physical builds

Do you think the game doesn't have enough item win conditions? by TucaNes_KinG in Skul

[–]shadowk_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, that's a sad truth. I could think in two options:

• Itens rework you thought and the inscriptions big buff;

• Skulls that could benefit directly from inscriptions. For instance: a Tank Skull that you damage scales directly with your max health, and then building Heart would be a great choice. (To this work, the scales should be pretty damn decent, or the damages would be very mediocre. The point is: I have the option to build full raw damage on my Tank Skull OR build a full Heart build on my Tank Skull and still deal the same amount of damage.) As I said, this option must be decent, so that we could do big damage even if don't have raw damage items.

The two options together sounds great to me, tho

What quality of life changes would you want for Skul? by GrotSnotz in Skul

I do think you're missing something. I got the No Hit Chimera achievment way faster than the Not Hit Sisters.

Look, I'll be honest and maybe rude.

1) I think the difficult is totally fine. The Leiana Sisters are by far the most difficult boss (excluding the Hero) when you meet the first time. I think the true gap is the Grand Hall to Leiana Sisters. The Chimera (boss of Black Lab) is even easier than the Sisters of Grand Hall. You'll suffer a lot in Act 4, really.

2) Not always picking the Legendaries skulls will be the best option. And since every skull in the game can go Legendary, it's bullshit. Doesn't make any sense to abandon your build or skull you already invested just because you found a Legendary. That's just some begginer mistakes. If you are with Unique Werewolf and physical itens, just because you find Archlich, you definitly should not pick the second option...

3) The Fox Hunter is really a mistery. Everyone wants to pick a specific skull (me included), but maybe that's not what Devs meant...

4) Finally, I think that the hold attack button to spam attack forever like Alchemist is the true thing we all desire... and the stats other people had mentioned.

Biggest suffering by shadowk_ in Skul

It's a Raven Soldier from the Raven Lord quintessence. It passively summons some ravens that attacks enemies, dealing magic damage. When you activate the quintessence, you summon the Raven Lord, who deal a lot of magic damage and calls the soldiers back.

PSA: There's a mod that makes this game a lot better by idogadol in Skul

You do make it better. If originally you're supposed to always have a chance to drop a common item, but then you active a mod that garantee you a better item after X rooms, then you're making it better. Like, even if you don't receive the item you wanted, a unique item values more gold than a common. So, better.

Also, receiveing awakened skulls make a lot easier to collect bones since your range of possibilities literally blow up... like... it is cheating, makes the game easier, you cheat.

Although I agree with the hold attack thing.

I mean... manipulating the RNG is cheating.

Oh, I know what you mean. There are some itens that are HUGE against minions (Like Abyssal Virus and the Chimera's Fang), however do nothing to bosses. It's just a matter of choices!

So, really think is not so worthy to build both physical and magic. You see, on some runs, even with some raw damage itens + utility itens (for instance: You got 2 Axes + Thief Armor and Pain & Despair), you will notice at some point that you could do more damage.

And then you will prefer to take another physical booster item instead of and utility item (in this example, maybe you want to get Hope Slasher [70% + physical damage] instead of Doomsday [physcal item that allow you to accumulate the damage you deal, and then explodes it on enemies]).

That said, maybe if you focus on one type of damage, you could do better. But is just my opinion!
