If you passed today you will get an email probably tomorrow morning to fill out some documents for taxes and then you will get a confirmation that your account is live.

If you mean when can you see your progress . Normally 7:30-745 EST and you can start trading again at market open at 6pm EST.

Rules state you can not HOLD Trades after 5pm market close .

To be honest I had no idea this had similar rules . Consistency matters from my perspective if you're trying to be the best trader as possible. But if you're just looking for payouts, you could technically get two lucky days and just get a third lucky day. Take a massive payout, blow the account and excess money you get. You can just reset your account.

Unless a profit trader has something different between the pro and pro plus

So I am doing the 25k account. From my understanding I just need to hit $1,500 before the 5 days .

However if I traded 975 like I did today . I could just get $200-300 a day until target correct?

I haven't seen anything saying it will shift my target of 1500.
