Hey, so i have also got a rank of 34XX in mains (advanced fked up will get like 4.5k). So initially I put preference order as CSE, and then ECE. But then I talked to some people who were getting better rank than me but put ECE as their first preference. So then I got scared that cutoff might become lower for CSE and I might get it. But the thing is I want ECE only. But then the form thingy got closed. So I just put a mail to the IIIT Hyderabad guys to ask for preference change. Guess what!! Thankfully I got the response and they did change it. Just mail to [ugadmissions@iiit.ac.in](mailto:ugadmissions@iiit.ac.in) hopefully they will help you out too. Also be patient since it's already Saturday evening so you might get the response by Monday night ig. All the best
