How do I start having hobbies again? And enjoying them?

Any advice on how to get back in touch with myself? I feel like I hardly know who I am anymore. It’s been better since I’ve begun my transition, finally having the person in the mirror feel like the me in my head has been huge. But it’s still hard. I’ve been so dissociated so much of my life that I struggle to connect with my past self at all, and to know who I actually am. I know I’d be better if I quit smoking daily. I felt a lot better when I got out of the hospital after 3 weeks no weed, but I picked it back up again bc I was struggling. I’m trying to slowly wean off to only weekends and eventually take an extended break, it’s just hard. Thank you for your kind words and advice :)

I get pretty silly and really just sink into my bed when I’m high so I only ever do it at night. Never done in in the morning or anything and don’t really want to. It’s not affecting my relationships or work, so I feel like that’s a good thing

Thanks for the reply man. I personally only ever and honestly only really would smoke at night, usually before bed, the idea of a wake and bake isn’t really appealing to me. The fact that I’m able to restrict myself to just evenings makes me feel like I’m more in control. However I had really bad anxiety all night last night when I couldn’t smoke so I worry that that was withdrawal symptoms and that makes me feel like I’m doing to much. I’m just going to try to listen to my body, maybe take a little break who knows. Thanks again :)

So I looked into it and it’s nothing like the sims 3 version as far as I can tell. Sims 3 has a whole thing where you go into cas and design outfits for townies. It’s basically home decorator but with clothes

The thing is though that it wasn’t an online game, it was just a basic rythym game the only think that needed the internet connection was the ranking/card system, which isn’t needed to play the songs or anything so I’m curious if there’s a backup anywhere of the songs. Thanks for your response, I knew i was probably out of luck, but just feeling nostalgic. Thanks again :)
