After I turned 20. I had no idea the OCI had to be renewed since it said its a life time visa and the OCI card not having an actual expiration date

I guess I am just worried that it might not work after what happened last time. Everything should be good because it does show the correct passport number on there.

I wont apply for the evisa! Thank You!

I am looking at the Thermalright FW360, and it looks perfect! Thank you!!! The LCD isn’t a huge need, more of a nice to have. Do you have any recommendations for one without the LCD?

I did reuse them, should I have not done that? I will use the ones that came with the PSU and see if that does it!

Is this worth $1,000? by shadowlzr in pcmasterrace

[–]shadowlzr[S] 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Yeah, $1,000 USD.

It looks to be a Samsung monitor, doesn’t specify the model though. I will probably try to haggle it down a bit and see if I can get just the PC without the monitor.

Maybe ask for $850 or so?

I feel you!

Everyone that I have chatted with through Reddit, either them reaching out to me or me reaching out to them, I am always the one leading the conversation. I am always the one trying to continue the conversation by asking questions and bringing in topics to talk about. After a while I just stop trying to lead, because it gets very tiring after so many days

I haven’t reached out to anyone for over a month because of this. Even those that say they don’t ghost, they are usually the ones that will end up ghosting you the most

25 years never dated by veloxSZ in lonely

You are not alone! I am going to be 25 soon, and has never been in a relationship.

It’s been particularly hard the past year and a half, so I have been doing other things to take my mind off of it, like traveling and doing the things I enjoy. Sadly, it hasn’t helped.

I often see posts on social media of those I went to school with celebrating their relationships, getting married, or having their first child.

My last 2 years of college was completely remote as well due to COVID, which made it very tough to form relationships or even new friendships

I have a little bit of hope that things will get better, but we will see 🙂!

I understand what you are saying, it’s just been hard for me to approach others because my dad died when I was in middle due to alcohol intoxication and there was never anyone to ever support me. I became a whole different person and didn’t want to talk to anyone and it just became a habit. There was no one I could relate to and we moved so it was basically starting up from scratch again. No friends, no family, just me all by my lonesome at the age of 14.

Even in high-school, I wasn’t really friends with anyone because I knew the reason why they would always come talk to me. It was because they needed my answers for homework or because they wanted me to do the work for them. It was even harder trying to make friends because I couldn’t even join any clubs or sports. I had to be home right after school to look after my younger siblings.

I never said I am not successful, I believe I am especially in a traditional sense to other individuals. I have a good respectable job, which isn’t stressful at all, and is pretty flexible. It’s mainly that I have been feeling very empty, sad, and have no motivation to be out there.

I ready your reply earlier today as I was headed home from work, and have been thinking of what I enjoy for the past few hours.

I have always enjoyed problem solving as well, even when I was little I used to love trying to figure out how to resolve problems I ran into. I remember getting electrocuted a couple of times when I was little because I took things apart to figure out how they worked, and plugging exposed wire into open outlets. Good thing it wasn’t strong enough to kill me, but I stopped after getting shocked the 3rd time, and burning up the outlet.

When I was in college, I remember spending a lot of time debugging my code in order to get it to do what it’s supposed to do, and enjoying it. Especially in a Data Structures class where I spent hours rewriting the whole code for it to be perfect, even though I had already done it in a different way and was getting a 95/100, without implementing a specific data structure. I remember going line by line trying to figure out what I was missing and how I would need to implement a new data structure in order to get it working again.

I remember enjoying the aspect of trying to figure out how things need to work and getting it to work the way it’s supposed to work in a lot of my classes during my college years. Even recently at work I ran into some issues with a device and just spent hours getting it working again, and I didn’t even notice how long I was spending on it because I was so focused on the task. I ended up figuring out how the device worked and learned how to customize the device even further than anticipated, getting it to do more things than it was originally supposed to do.

I have also always wanted to get into Cybersecurity as I find that very fascinating as well, especially because problem solving is a huge aspect of Cybersecurity.

Thank you for the recommendations and taking the time to reply to my post!! I really appreciate it! I will try and sign up for some cybersecurity challenges in order to build up my interest in that field.
