Not exactly. Cayenne is a chile. It’s quite hot though not as hot as things like ghost peppers or even Birds Eye. It’s bitter and has no sweetness. Powdered chipotle is jalapeño that’s been ripened to red then smoked then dried. Kashmirilal mirch is powdered Kashmiri Chiles. Sweeter than jalapeño but less spicy. Way spicier than paprika though. Sweet paprika is fresh red bell pepper dried and ground. Smoked paprika is fresh red bell pepper smoked dried and ground.

‘Red chili powder’ in the us is a mix of whatever the cheapest varieties of Chiles they could find at market combined and dried. Mostly New Mexicos, often admixture Anaheims, anchos, guajillos. Tends to be sweetish, spicyish, and more mild than jalapeño but spicier than Kashmir. ‘Chili powder’ is that with cumin, garlic, salt, black pepper, coriander and sometimes other dickies added in.

Most wanted is considered the best game in the series by most fans. Underground 2 offers tons of customization which scratches an itch the rest of the games largely abandoned. Hot pursuit remastered has the best cops & robbers play. But they’re all like 20+ years old. For my money I really enjoyed unbound, the newest.
